    At the time of publishing the 'Loxley Valley Township' Planning application has still not been brought to the Planning Board. This is a huge proposed development involving up to 300 new houses. The scale of this application in Loxley's green valley is causing widespread public concern.

    There has been over 800 objections submitted so far including ones from your local Councillors and Lib Dem campaigner Richard Williams.
